£21.4m mega-penthouse: Asian billionaire buys Oxford Street’s most expensive home
An Asian billionaire has purchased the most expensive home sold on London’s Oxford Street, buying a mega-penthouse for £21.4m in the TCRW SOHO apartment building.
The deal is the biggest single residential property sale by value to be done on London’s Oxford Street during 2021.
It is also one of the largest residential sales to be achieved in London’s West End this year. It is understood that the buyer intends to combine the purchased units to create either one or two large penthouses.
The property combines 7 penthouses, comprising 7,200 sq ft with 1,000 sqft of private terraces. Developer Galliard Homes and estate agent Merchants Row sold the entire penthouse floor to an Asian billionaire.
