These are the UK’s most attractive employers
Rolls Royce has topped a list of big companies that Britons want to work for.
The automotive aerospace giant fared well on criteria such as salary and employee benefits, long-term job security and a pleasant working atmosphere.
British Airways and Marks & Spencer took second and third place respectively, followed by car companies BMW and Jaguar Land Rover.
"The winner of the Randstad Award, the Rolls Royce Group, has an almost timeless appeal and a brand that is rooted in the country's heritage and national identity," Jacques van den Broek, Randstad chief executive, said.
"Much the same could be said of Britain Airways and M&S. But the largest companies need to beware of the potential disconnect between what prospective employees look for in an employer and what they perceive the biggest employers offer," she added.
Randstad polled over 200,000 respondents in 25 countries as part of the global Randstad Award 2016.
