Apple joins the $700bn club… on its own

TECH giant Apple, the world’s most valuable business, is the first company to be valued at $700bn (£446bn) after its share price rose one per cent in New York. The iPhone maker’s worth is now higher than the GDP of all but the top 19 countries in the world.
