Attoub gouge ban upheld
RUGBY UNION: Stade Francais prop David Attoub has had his appeal against a 70-week ban for gouging thrown out by an independent appeal committee.
Independent judicial officer, Jeff Blackett described the incident with Ulster’s Stephen Ferris in December as “the worst act of contact with the eyes I have had to deal with”.
