Glenny

Glenny has appointed Khalifa Forte as senior surveyor in its valuation team to grow the team’s profile, with particular focus in the south east London and Kent area. Khalifa joins Glenny with over 10 years’ experience working in the surveying property industry. He was previously a senior surveyor in Cushman & Wakefield’s central London office. At Glenny, Khalifa will undertake a range of valuation services including loan securities and financial statements, across the industrial, office, retail and residential property sectors. His in-depth knowledge will contribute to the existing team and the wider Glenny business.

Buro Four

Buro Four, the independent, specialist provider of project management associated services, has announced the next step in its recent expansion with the appointment of two London directors. Julian Kent joins as project director after seven years at Gleeds and most recently, ten years at Faithful+Gould, and James Foreman also joins as project director from Faithful+Gould.
