Morrall joins from Middleton Potts, where he worked for over 20 years. He has a particular interest in cross-border M&A, joint ventures, banking and cross border security, international trade and employment law.

Morrall will also help the firm expand its offering to clients in Germany.

In their new roles, they will work closely with Collins Stewart’s longstanding preference share/PIBs team.
