C. Hoare & Co.

Private bank C. Hoare & Co. has posted a former JP Morgan executive to its board as a non-executive director.

India Gary-Martin brings some 25 years of experience to the role, from across her senior positions at RBS, now NatWest, and Deutsche Bank.

The globetrotting financial services veteran has held a number of leading roles from across the capital to Frankfurt, Tokyo and Hong Kong.

“I am delighted that India has agreed to join our board. She is a highly experienced banker and a great leader. Her international perspective will be invaluable,” executive chairman Lord Macpherson said.

VaynerMedia London 

VaynerMedia London has hired two new leads to its client partnership team, to help with heavyweight clients such as NatWest, Kraft Heinz, WeWork and TikTok.

Joining as head of client partnerships, Daisy Domenghini will help lead the agency’s client services approach to cater to a newly expanded client roster, which now includes consumer goods giant Kraft Heinz.

BNP Paribas

BNP Paribas Credit 360 has poached its new head of European credit strategy from financial services giant UBS.

Stephen Caprio, who stepped into the position last month, has spent the last decade covering both European and US credit markets.

The incoming credit strategy lead is set to drive the firm’s leveraged finance strategy.

“We expect our business to grow meaningfully in the next couple of years, and believe that demonstrating leadership through best-in-class credit analysis will be key to this growth,” global head of credit strategy and desk analysts, Viktor Hjort said.
