Commuters facing delays with no service on the Waterloo & City Line
Commuters in trying to get in and out of the City this morning are facing major delays, with no service on the Waterloo & City Line.
Transport for London said the disruption was due to signal failure.

Elsewhere in the capital, there are delays in the Oval area as police continue to deal with an incident involving a woman on the roof of a property on Harleyford Road.
