ENGLAND’S women pushed New Zealand close before losing a hard-fought World Cup final 13-10 yesterday at the Stoop.

A Charlotte Barras try helped England draw level at 10-10 until Kelly Brazier’s penalty 15 minutes from time secured the Black Ferns a fourth successive title.
