Facebook boss Mark Zuckerberg has been answering audience questions at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

From issues surrounding free speech to what it takes for someone to get hired at Facebook Zuckerberg faced a mix of tough and softball questions.

Here are the five best quotes from Zuckerberg's answers:

1. Answering what Facebook looks for in an employee…

I will only hire someone to work directly for me if I would work for them.

2. On evaluating Facebook products…

Eat your own dog's food. Don't build stuff you won't use.

3. On what it takes for a young person to change the world…

Each person has a unique perspective and you have to have faith in yourself

4. On why he keeps coming back to Spain…

Probably the ham.

5. On plans for the future…

I've always cared for connecting people. That's what I still and will continue to do.

Earlier in the week Zuckerberg attempted to patch up relationships with global mobile operators to hasten the project to expand internet access to the world's poor.

On Monday he extolled the role of operators in achieving this goal. “We are different from operators. We are trying to help people connect with other people,” he said. “It’s really important to not lose sight of the fact that the ones that are driving this are the operators.”
