Gallas in media boycott
FRANCE defender William Gallas is refusing to speak to the media during the World Cup finals.
The Arsenal centre back, who is due to start in Les Bleus’ opener against Uruguay on Friday, refuses to say why, but some French media have suggested he is angry at coach Raymond Domenech’s decision to make Patrice Evra captain now that Thierry Henry is on the bench.
