Here’s what London looks like from space: Tim Peake shares stunning images of the UK from International Space Station
Ever wondered what London looks like from Space? Quite stunning is the answer, thanks to British astronaut Tim Peake.
The spaceman who's currently on board the International Space Station (ISS) shared the spectacular images taken on Saturday evening of the capital and the UK.
"Looking to the east along the Channel with UK on the left and France on the right. The streetlights from the densely populated London, Paris and Brussels glow brightly in the centre of the picture" he said in the post.
The astronaut has shared other insights as to what life is like in space in addition to the great views, from how to make a cup of coffee to how to scramble an egg – no easy task without gravity.
