This is an opportunity to join an established UK mid-market private equity fund as an analyst within its investment team. The successful candidate will be involved in every aspect of new investments, including deal screening, financial modelling, and deal execution. The fund plays an active role in the management of its investments and, as a result, the successful candidate will also be involved in the strategic management of the fund’s portfolio companies.

Due to a recent increase in trading volumes and internal mobility a middle office assistant vice president is required to face off with the trading desk. The role will focus on a wide range of complex and technical products, fully exposing you to the mechanics of the products traded by the structured exotics desk, how to value them and the risks. You will be seen as the major contact and point of escalation in resolving profit and loss and risk issues.

This is an opportunity to create and lead the client data change function for the know your client utility, overseeing project delivery. You will be planning and setting goals and objectives, while applying different risk management strategies. You will need to clearly define requirements and make targets accordingly, determining resources and schedules for the implementation.
