The luxury apartments feature terraces that look out over the Royal Parks.

A £500m luxury development that offers views of Hyde Park and Kensington Palace Gardens is under construction in central London, featuring 57 residencies prices from £2m to £60m.

The development, called Park Modern, will offer the super-rich a chance to nab prime location luxury properties with views over London’s Royal Parks.

Developer Fenton Whelan has already sold £100m worth of apartments to buyers from Britain, Europe, the US, Hong Kong, maintain China and the Middle East.

Construction of Park Modern is well underway and is scheduled for a final build completion next year.

The development is located on Bayswater Road, at the entrance to Queensway, and was designed by architect Lee Polisano of PLP Architecture.

The accommodation is across nine floors and features floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to private terraces.

The £60m property is the development’s ninth floor penthouse property and has over 7,000 square feet of living space completely surrounded by over 2,400 square feet of terracing.

Sanjay Sharma, co-founding director of Fenton Whelan, said: “Front row on the park, Park Modern is perfect for those looking to enjoy an exceptional quality of life and wellbeing in the heart of Prime Central London.

“With a spectacular south facing aspect, Park Modern beautifully harmonises with the surrounding architecture and Hyde Park.”

James Van Den Heule, also a co-founder of Fenton Whelan, added: As the UK and global vaccine rollout has begun to work we have seen buyers, who have been watching from the wings during the pandemic, now come out and make offers on apartments.

“There is a real pent-up demand out there and UK and international buyers want to get in early on the best properties before they are snapped up.”
