Commuting: Greenwich is a fantastic spot for manageable commuting times. The overland railway station, Greenwich Rail Station, reaches Cannon Street in just 13 minutes. The DLR arrives at Bank station in 20 minutes, while North Greenwich underground station on the Jubilee Line can take you to London Bridge in 10. The area’s Thames side location also allows residents to consider commuting on the water using Greenwich Pier to catch the boat.

Education: The area’s proximity to central London allows Greenwich residents to consider all of central London’s top notch independent schools for their children. The local primary schools, Halstow and Brooklands, also score highly.

Leisure: Famed for exporting Greenwich Mean Time to the world, the area has a rich history that gives the area a sizeable offering of museums. It is home to the Maritime Museum and the Royal Observatory among others. The Meantime Brewery is a popular local feature. Pints can be enjoyed in its lovely restaurant and bar.
