The former home of the BBC forms the centrepiece of the regeneration of White City, which will see 5,000 new homes built in total. The first batch of homes will go on sale from 23 April at 11am in the Television Centre Pavilion. The first phase will consist of 432 one to three bedroom apartments due to be completed in 2018. Two show apartments and offices are now available to view taking their cue from the iconic ‘50s architecture. The complex will also incorporate an outpost of Soho House with a rooftop swimming pool.

Developer EcoWorld Ballymore is offering a landscaped public plaza that will hold 1,000 species of plants and flowers. Spread across two towers, 624 one and two bedroom apartments will be built in total overlooking the South Dock, set to be complete in 2019.

This £1bn regeneration project by Redrow London in north west London is now on sale. In total, 2,900 new homes are being built on a 47-acre site that used to house disused 1960s towers blocks and the Peel Centre, a former training college for police officers. Apart from homes and green spaces, there will also be a new 600-intake primary school and it’s 30 minutes from central London on the Northern Line. First completions are expected in late 2017.
