Now you can play Pokemon Go on the Apple Watch
Apple Watch just got a killer app – Pokemon Go, the hit game of the year, will now be available on the smartwatch.
John Hanke of Niantic Labs, the maker of the game, said the smartphone app has now been downloaded 500m times around the world and players walked an astonishing 4.6bn kilometers… so far. That's only set to increase.
The Pokemon Go Apple Watch app was announced on stage at an Apple event where Tim Cook also announced the latest iPhone 7.
Apple was also bigging up gaming with the news that Nintendo will launch a Super Mario game app for the iPhone.
