While Victoria Beckham’s property portfolio might be better known for residential planning disputes with Kensington neighbours, the former Spice Girls singer’s £15m commercial headquarters was put up for sale earlier today.

The Grade A Hammersmith office space, which is currently owned by asset manager Aberdeen Standard, has been put on the market for £15.75m.

Victoria Beckham’s growing fashion brand, whose 10-year anniversary coincides with London Fashion Week this month, moved into its new headquarters last year as part of a 10-year lease.

With commercial neighbours including global brands L’Oreal, FOX and Walt Disney, 202 Hammersmith Road is located in the heart of Hammersmith’s commercial district.

Jonathan O’Regan, director at Savills, said: "The identity of the tenant alone will generate strong interest, but investors will be also drawn by the underlying quality of the real estate and its strong investment fundamentals. Opportunities which combine secure, long-dated income with exceptional Grade A office space are rare and we are expecting strong interest from both international and domestic capital."
