HARRODS ESTATES’ PROPERTY ACQUISITION SERVICE
Luxury real estate division Harrods Estates has this week launched a bespoke property acquisition services which is intended to help clients who may be too busy or who want to maintain their privacy through the whole home buying process, from the initial search to contract exchange and completion. The service also negotiates offers on behalf of clients and oversees the buying process through to completion, working with solicitors and third parties. It will give access to Home Counties properties both on and off the market.

SAVILLS RESIDENTIAL AUCTION 25 OCTOBER
Estate agent Savills will be holding another residential property auction on Monday 25 October at the Royal Garden Hotel on Kensington High Street from 10am. There are 146 lots and viewings of the properties are occurring until 23 October. Each viewing only lasts 20-30 minutes and you do not need to pre-register. One lot for sale is a vacant one-bed ground floor flat in Kilburn with a guide price of £225,000. It is in need of modernisation.
