ASKING PRICES DROP AT THE FASTEST RATE IN OVER A YEAR
This month house sellers have dropped their asking prices at the fastest rate in over a year, according to the research by Zoopla.co.uk. The average price reduction since first listing now stands at £18,970, nearly £500 more than three months ago.
