LONDON’S RENTAL MARKET BOOM
London’s rental market continues to soar. An average of five tenants compete for every rental property at the moment, says London estate agent Greene & Co. This has had new landlords flooding into the market. Mortgage valuations carried out in August shows an 85 per cent increase in buy-to-let landlords next year.
