Queen’s Birthday Flypast: Bad weather grounds some aircraft
Dark skys and grey clouds means that not all of the aircrafts due to take part in the Queen's official birthday celebrations flew over Buckingham Palace today.
The Royal Air Force tweeted saying that only its helicopters and Red Arrows would be taking part in the event which kicked off at 1pm today.

The event, which follows the Trooping of the Colour parade in central London, takes part on a Saturday in June every year in celebration of the Queen's official birthday.
The flypast formed at Southwold, Suffolk and then passed over Ipswich, Colchester and Chelmsford before reaching the London City Control Zone south of Stapleford aerodrome.
It then continued via RAF Northolt, RAF Halton and disperse near to RAF Brize Norton area.
