A stunning map of London visualises how Uber taxis zip through the city's crowded streets showing how people move around the capital in just a single day.

Created by Uber using anonymous data on Uber passenger's journeys on a single day in July, the map shows London never sleeps- or at least those getting cabs don’t.

While the early hours of the morning between two and six are the quietest, Londoners never stop travelling completely.

The city picks up steam from around 6am onwards, barely slowing down again until the early hours of the morning again.
