Xsolla Expands Its Community Management Tools for Creators, Community Leaders, and Resellers

Xsolla, a leading global video game commerce company, today announced three simultaneous expansions of its community management tools and products. As the creator economy continues to reshape how games are discovered and the industry accelerates its shift toward direct-to-consumer commerce, Xsolla is building on its community management tools for creators, community leaders, and emerging markets, and will showcase them at TwitchCon Rotterdam later this month.

The games industry has never had a shortage of people who drive player acquisition, loyalty, and commerce; it’s had a shortage of infrastructure that recognizes them. Creators stream it. Community leaders build a culture around it. Local resellers get it into the hands of players in markets traditional channels can’t reach. Each operates at the center of how games are discovered, adopted, and sustained. Until now, none of them had a formal commerce layer built around what they actually do. This expansion addresses all three and, in doing so, unlocks a scale of partner-driven commerce the industry hasn’t had access to before.

Xsolla Partner Network: For Creators

New features for creators have been added to the Xsolla Partner Network product, building on its existing tools for the partner community.

Micro and mid-tier creators on X, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch have long driven game discovery and direct-to-consumer revenue without a commerce infrastructure built for them. They’ve sent traffic, converted players, and shaped buying decisions without a way to own the relationship, prove their impact, or get reliably paid for the work. Xsolla Partner Network changes that.

Creator Storefronts give creators a permanent, branded presence: a single destination they own, with built-in attribution and payouts that follow every sale they drive. Streamlined KYC gets creators to their first payout faster. Automated global payouts reach creators across Asia, MENA, and LATAM, with thresholds starting below $100, opening monetization opportunities in regions where mainstream platforms have historically left behind. With Purchase Alerts on the way, live transactions become on-stream moments, turning viewer activity into real-time conversions that creators can respond to immediately.

For creators, this is the commerce infrastructure they’ve always deserved. For the games and publishers they support, it’s a measurable, attributable channel into audiences that traditional marketing can’t reach.

Xsolla Partner Network: For Community Leaders

Xsolla is introducing a new channel with a dedicated experience for community leaders who build loyalty and culture around games.

Gaming communities have always had leaders: Discord admins, guild leaders, moderators, micro-teams who do the daily work of keeping players engaged, building trust, and shaping what people buy. They’re often more influential than creators with larger followings, yet they’ve had almost no formal way to monetize the value they generate. No affiliate programs. No infrastructure. No recognition from the platforms they help sustain.

Xsolla Partner Network’s new community leader experience is built to close the gap. Leader-Owned Hubs will give community leaders a dedicated space to manage their economy and connect directly with the games and brands they support, because influence without infrastructure is just unpaid labor. A community leader running a Discord server can drive players into a game, run quests for their members, distribute in-game items, and earn directly from the activity they generate, with the same attribution and payout infrastructure available to creators. Quests will turn passive communities into active ones, rewarding fans for participation in ways that deepen loyalty rather than just driving one-time clicks.

Virtual Currency will let leaders distribute real value back to their most engaged members, redeemable for in-game items, digital perks, or exclusive access. Fan Engagement Tools will remove the operational burden by automating reward distribution, content campaigns, and audience recognition, allowing leaders to focus on their communities rather than on managing spreadsheets.

Xsolla Reseller Program: Formalizing Distribution in Emerging Markets

Alongside the expansion of the Xsolla Partner Network, Xsolla is formally announcing the Xsolla Reseller Program, a dedicated commerce channel designed to bring structure, legitimacy, and scale to game distribution in markets where traditional storefronts have limited reach.

Resellers already exist across the global games ecosystem: third-party operators selling digital game content directly to players through local stores, community groups, and regional platforms. They’ve been moving products for years. What they’ve lacked is a structured, sanctioned path that gives them access to official assets and protects the publishers who depend on clean distribution. Together with creators and communities, resellers complete the partner-driven distribution loop.

The Xsolla Reseller Program addresses both sides of that equation. Resellers gain direct access to developers’ official assets, items, and bundles worldwide, replacing informal channels with a scalable path. Publishers get control: over which products are available, which partners are authorized to sell them, and how pricing and inventory are managed across every market. Flexible distribution workflows reduce operational friction. Centralized sales and performance tracking make the business visible. Secure inventory management and full KYC and AML compliance mean the program holds up wherever it operates.

“Every successful game has people behind it who aren’t on the development team: the creators who stream it, the community leaders who build culture around it, and the local sellers who get it into the hands of players that traditional channels don’t reach,” said Chris Hewish, President of Xsolla. “Until now, those people have operated without a real commerce infrastructure and foundation. We are continuing to build for the future across all three of those audiences at once.”
