Where to Stay
One of the newest hotels in the Rocco Forte collection, The Charles is the place to stay if you want to do Munich in style. Recover from a night in the beer-halls with a morning lounging in your luxuriously furnished, high-ceilinged room.

Where to go
The Jewish and Medieval City Museums sit on either side of the square of St-Jakobs-Platz.  If you’ve only got one day in Munich and are craving an injection of culture, look no further.

Where to drink
You can’t come to Munich and not a visit a beer garden and Hofbräukeller at Wiener Platz is the best in the city. Drink quaffable HB beer and nibble on Bavarian snacks under the shade of the famous old chestnut tree.

Where to eat
The best seafood in Munich is served at Asian-themed Tantris. Now over forty years old, previous diners include Woody Allen and Yves Saint Laurent.
