Fancy sipping on a glass of red in the beautiful Spanish countryside with the scorer of the winning goal in a World Cup final?

Barcelona star Andrés Iniesta is giving you the chance to do just that, by placing a one-off listing for a night at his family vineyard, "Bodega Iniesta", on Airbnb.

All you have to do is explain in a hundred words or less why you would like to stay at the “cosy cottage” based in one of Spain’s renowned wine regions, Castilla-La Mancha.

Iniesta, his family and the director of the vineyard are looking for entrants who can surprise with a passion for football, nature and wine.

The winner and a friend will be given a guided tour from Iniesta of his cellar; “a very important place for me” says the Barcelona star, who promises to tell you the secrets not of his precision passing, but of his wine production. Winners will also get to explore the village of Fuentealbilla, the midfielder's home town.

On the listing, Iniesta explains:

For my family, the Bodega is a dream come true. I want to share this charming space with travellers who are looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Although people know me for my passion for football, we hope to share our other concerns. Such as our love for nature and the exquisite fruit of the vineyards.

Winners must send in their entries by December 11, and will be invited to stay in the rural retreat on December 22.

However, if you’re from North Korea, Iran, Cuba or Indonesia, don’t bother applying. According to the listing, this competition is not open to you.
