BLACKPOOL are up to ninth in the Premier League following a 2-1 win over West Bromwich Albion at Bloomfield Road. Pablo Ibanez was sent off in the 10th minute for a professional foul, and salt was rubbed into the wounds when Charlie Adam slotted home the resulting penalty.
