Cathay Pacific to honour bargain business class tickets following website mix-up
Asian airline Cathay Pacific has said it will honour cut-price first class and business class fares offered on its website by mistake.
Lucky travellers that scooped a bargain in the accidental January sale will get to keep their tickets, which included business class seats from Vietnam to New York for $675 (£533) return.
Seats on the same route can cost up to $16,000.
The Hong Kong flag carrier said it made a mistake, but said it would welcome the lucky travellers on board.

It was not clear how many tickets were sold.
The fares was noticed by travel bloggers on 31 January and later pulled by the airline.
The error caps a forgettable year for Cathay Pacific which in October admitted it has been the victim of a vast data breach with someone gaining unauthorised access to the details of up to 9.4m passengers.
In September the airline had to send a plane back to the painters after Cathay Pacific was spelled incorrectly on its livery.
