GameStop gets new $500m asset-based credit facility

Videogame retailer GameStop Corp said on Thursday it entered into a new $500m global asset-based revolving credit facility with a syndicate of banks.

GameStop is best known as the “meme stock”, which surged last year after Reddit users encouraged users to buy its shares.
