Andrew Hedley
Partner, Risk and ESG Advisory Practice

Andrew is the Risk and ESG Advisory Practice Partner. He has more than 20 years’ experience working in risk across all major financial services sectors.

He has considerable industry experience, having held senior risk positions including Group CRO for the Enstar Group and the Head of Front Office Risk for Vanguard. He also led Risk teams at M&G and Prudential after working at Deloitte. He started his career in Terrorism Underwriting at Hiscox and has a Master’s in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Will Basnett
Head of Advisory

Will is the Head of Advisory. With 14 years’ experience building consulting firms and serving clients across the Financial Services industry, 
 
Will has delivered multiple strategic projects, and led large-scale transformation programmes including some of the largest transformational change programmes in the Asset Management sector in recent years
Coralie Nelson 
Head of ESG Advisory

Coralie leads the Novatus ESG Advisory team. During her time at Novatus she has directed ESG strategies at global insurers, asset managers and for a FTSE 250 investment company. 
 
Her experience includes implementation of initiatives across multiple business functions, and guiding clients through multiple voluntary and regulatory ESG reporting frameworks.
