New Homes: What’s going on sale in London this weekend, in Clerkenwell, Maida Vale, Balham, Stepney and Southall

Postmark, Clerkenwell

You won’t have far to walk to pick up your parcels if you buy one of these new homes on the same site as the Royal Mail Sorting Office. A mix of homes, shops and offices are planned for this six-year project that’s being designed by four different architects. The first Help to Buy homes at this Zone Two development go on sale this weekend. All one bedroom apartments will be available to purchase using the government’s 40 per cent equity loan.
