EQUESTRIAN PROPERTY BOLTING AHEAD
Hamptons International research shows that in 2010, equestrian properties sold almost twice as fast as they did in 2009. Last year, on average a horse-y home spent 119 days on the market, up from an average of 225 days in 2009. In response, Hamptons International has launched a new equestrian property department.

SCOTTISH LUXURY HOTEL BOOM UNDERWAY
Hotels in Edinburgh had the highest occupancy rates in Europe at 92 per cent in June this year. Edinburgh not only beat other UK cities on occupancy rate (including London) but also the established tourist centres such as Paris and Rome. Scottish Development International says this could generate huge returns for investors.
