Stirling Moss recovers in hospital
FORMULA ONE: Racing legend Sir Stirling Moss is said to be recovering well in hospital after falling down a lift shaft at home, breaking both ankles.
The 80-year-old fell three floors when the lift at his home in Mayfair opened accidentally. He also broke four bones in a foot, chipped four vertebrae and suffered skin damage.
