The world's media is closely watching the UK today as Brits vote in the EU referendum.

The story is dominating the global news agenda, featuring on front pages everywhere across Europe and beyond: the United States, China, Colombia and Israel.

German tabloid Bild is promising to properly recognise England's 1966 World Cup triumph if the UK remains; France has dubbed 23 June D-Day; and the Wall Street Journal reports that the result of the vote will ripple across the world.
