Quiz: Chinese names for British landmarks and celebrities – can you guess them?
The Chinese are visiting Britain more than ever before. That's great news for the UK economy- but there's a problem.
There are 101 landmarks that don't have Chinese names including the Shard and Savile Row. Visit Britain is launching a £1.6m campaign to get the people of China to change that and come up with suggestions.
It's a bit of a gimmick to get the word out about how great Britain is as a holiday destination and increase the 196,000 visits and £492m of spending last year, but we can't help but enjoy the names given to some of Britain's most famous icons already.
