CHELSEA are prepared to up their offer for a third time in a bid to land Benfica’s Brazil
defender David Luiz.

The champions have already had two bids rejected, with Portuguese club, who received £17m in the summer from the Blues for the services of Ramires, holding out for £25m.
Meanwhile, defenders Jose Bosingwa and Branislav Ivanovic are both close to agreeing contract extensions to remain in west London.
