Inside Cristiano Ronaldo’s £20m car collection

Ronaldo's car collection

Cristiano Ronaldo has given fans another look at his extraordinary car collection, featuring rare Ferrari and Bugatti models, a Mercedes-AMG One and a McLaren Speedtail.

Cristiano Ronaldo has offered fans another glimpse of his car collection, and the Al-Nassr star’s garage contains some of the most expensive and exclusive cars money can buy.

The 41-year-old footballer shared photographs of several of his cars on Instagram, simply captioning the post “my toys.” Among the cars shown were Ferrari’s Purosangue and 599 GTO, plus the far rarer Daytona SP3 and Monza SP1, and two Bugattis, including the extraordinary Centodieci, one of just 10 built.

Ronaldo has previously admitted he’s lost count of how many cars he owns. Asked by Piers Morgan to estimate the size of his collection, he suggested around 40 or 41. Putting an exact value on the fleet is difficult because several of the cars are limited-production models whose values have moved well beyond their original prices, but even a conservative calculation puts the collection into the tens of millions of pounds.

Ronaldo’s Ferrari Daytona SP3 and 599 GTO

Ferrari is one of the dominant marques in Ronaldo’s garage. The Purosangue, with a UK starting price of around £312,000, is the most practical option, Ferrari’s high-performance four-door model, though calling it an everyday car in this company is stretching the definition. Then there’s the 599 GTO. Its V12 engine and limited production have made it a desirable collector’s car, with examples valued at more than £500,000.

Ronaldo also owns two considerably rarer Ferraris. The Daytona SP3 was part of Ferrari’s limited-production Icona series and originally cost around £1.73 million, while the Monza SP1 is another highly exclusive model, with auction prices for examples approaching £2.27 million. Those figures show why Ronaldo’s collection can’t be valued simply by adding up manufacturers’ original list prices. Once a car becomes sufficiently rare, the collector market takes over.

Ronaldo’s Bugatti Centodieci and Veyron

Bugatti appears to be Ronaldo’s favourite marque, and his collection includes some of its most exclusive modern models. His Veyron is reportedly worth around £2 million, but the Centodieci is considerably more valuable. Only 10 Centodiecis were produced, and RM Sotheby’s placed an estimate of £12.5 million on one offered at auction in February 2025. The hypercar can reach up to 240mph and uses Bugatti’s famous W16 engine.

Ronaldo has also reportedly bought a Bugatti Tourbillon for around £3.2 million, and he’s previously described the car as an investment, which tells you something about how the market for ultra-low-volume hypercars has evolved. The Tourbillon is particularly important to Bugatti because it marks the end of the company’s W16 era; its successor uses a naturally aspirated V16 engine with hybrid assistance.

Ronaldo owns a £2m Mercedes-AMG One

Another extraordinary car in the collection is the Mercedes-AMG One, priced at more than £2.2 million. The hybrid hypercar was developed using technology derived from Mercedes’ Formula 1 programme and built in extremely limited numbers, with a 1.6-litre turbocharged V6 paired to an electric powertrain, giving it a very different character from the large-capacity engines in Ronaldo’s Ferraris and Bugattis.

He also owns a McLaren Speedtail, which can command prices of around £2.1 million. The 1,055bhp hybrid hypercar leans into high-speed grand touring more than outright track ability, making it one of the more unusual additions to the collection.

What other cars does Cristiano Ronaldo own?

Ronaldo’s garage becomes more varied once you take the million-pound hypercars out of the equation. His cars have included a Brabus-tuned Mercedes G-Wagon reportedly worth around £600,000, given to him by his partner Georgina Rodríguez, plus a Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG, an orange McLaren MP4-12C and a Lamborghini Aventador, with reported values of approximately £200,000, £200,000 and £270,000 respectively.

After returning to Manchester United from Juventus in 2021, Ronaldo bought a Bentley Flying Spur worth around £250,000. An Aston Martin DBS Superleggera Volante was another addition, its 5.2-litre twin-turbo V12 producing 715bhp, giving him another suitably rapid grand tourer. Other cars associated with Ronaldo include a Bentley Continental GT, Lamborghini Urus and Chevrolet Camaro, the last of which is the least expensive car on this list, reportedly worth around £40,000, and said to be used mainly by his family.

Ronaldo’s Rolls-Royce cars

Luxury cars are well represented in the wider family fleet too. Georgina Rodríguez reportedly received a Rolls-Royce Dawn worth around £500,000 for her 36th birthday, and Ronaldo has also been associated with a Rolls-Royce Cullinan worth around £300,000 and a Phantom Drophead Coupe estimated at around £500,000. As with the other cars in the collection, these figures are estimates, not confirmed current market values, and options, condition, mileage and provenance can all make a significant difference.

How many cars does Cristiano Ronaldo own?

Ronaldo has previously estimated he owns around 40 or 41 cars, while admitting he doesn’t know the exact number, which makes the total value of the collection impossible to establish with certainty. The Centodieci alone could be worth more than £10 million on the collector market, while the Daytona SP3, Monza SP1, AMG One and Speedtail can each command seven-figure sums.

There’s an amusing twist to owning all this machinery. Ronaldo has said he rarely drives in Saudi Arabia because of the traffic. Al-Nassr players are provided with BMWs through the Saudi Pro League club’s partnership with the manufacturer, and Ronaldo has said that on one occasion he had to drive the BMW home after training, something he described as unusual. For a man with dozens of supercars, his daily driver is rather less exotic than you’d expect.

Cristiano Ronaldo car collection verdict

What I find most interesting about Ronaldo’s collection is that it’s moved well beyond expensive cars into serious automotive collecting. The Bugatti Centodieci, Ferrari Daytona SP3 and Mercedes-AMG One belong to that world of tiny production runs, engineering significance and rarity, where the value comes from more than just the badge.

That makes Ronaldo’s “my toys” caption a little misleading. Some of these cars are toys, sure. Others look like multimillion-pound assets with number plates.
