Watson leads Aussie charge

CRICKET: Shane Watson and captain Ricky Ponting led the Australian fightback after day two of their second Test with Pakistan at Headingley.

All-rounder Watson took 6-33 as Pakistan crashed from 171-3 to 258 all out in response to Australia’s first-innings 88.

Ponting then hit 61no as Australia ended the day on 136-2 – still 34 runs behind.
